Freefrombondage© exist to uplift, edify and encourage anyone who is being held captive by the pain of a past, unforgiveness, anger, resentment, low self-esteem, and the list goes on.

Who I Am:

Like everyone else, I experienced my share of captivity to negative thoughts, unhealthy relationships, ungodly behavior, and so on. Then, I found Jesus and surrendered my heart to Him. After a mere two years of serving Him, I began to stray and eventually returned to my old, sinful nature where I stayed for more than twenty years.

When I was forty-five, a longtime friend told me of his conversion and surrendering to Jesus Christ.  This friend was not the worst of the worst, but it would have had to take a miracle in order for him to change his ways…a miracle that only comes from the power of God through Jesus Christ.

I was inspired by his miraculous change, and I knew that for some time God had been trying to get my attention too; calling me to come back home.

I answered His call (thank God it was not too late) and returned to Jesus. I surrendered my soul to Him, and He has set me free.

If you are struggling with any of the issues I mentioned above, just know that those chains can be broken. Accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Have faith and believe. If you want to be set free, you can be. Through the power of Jesus Christ, you will be.

Romans 8:38-39 tells those of us who are walking with Jesus Christ: “For I am persuaded,  that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
